Cherokee Tribal Gaming Commission

Harrahs Cherokee Casino Resort and Harrahs Cherokee Valley River Casino and Hotel as well as the Cherokee Tribal Gaming Commission Main Office are currently open at 100%. Face masks are optional on all Tribal Property at this time. Face masks are available by request at each entrance to the Casino and at the Hotel at no cost.

The health and safety of our Guests, Staff and Casino Employees is a top priority. We are closely monitoring the Corona-Virus situation and maintaining ongoing communication with local EBCI health officials and the Centers for Disease Control.

The CVR Badge / License office is open Wednesdays between the hours of 7:45AM and 4:30PM. All badge changes must be made in person where an appointment is recommended. To make an appointment please call 828-497-7556.

If you need to report a change of address or a charge/ticket you received please use the online form. Click the button below to be redirected to the online form. Effective immediately, Team Members are now required to report any changes in their background within 10 Days.

1.25. EMPLOYEE BADGES & BADGE CLASSIFICATIONS

 

F.   Each employee has the affirmative continuing duty to report ANY changes of information contained in their original Background Investigation application. 

1.   The employee SHALL notify the Commission in writing, or through the TGC’s website, within 10 (Ten) days of any changes. 

     A. Failure to report within 10 (Ten) days, SHALL result in additional penalties being imposed of up to $100.00 (one hundred) dollars and suspension of gaming license.
